References to past policies .
I made this list in an attempt to determine which items match the Deletions mentioned in the Agenda materials for 10/21/25, when an update to the Subarea plan was on the Consent Calendar, but it turns out that these are things that were all removed previously (2017 and 2022) and the deletion references are more like placeholders.
The items that reference 6396 were found in the Downtown Bellevue Subarea Plan linked here, but I did not see a date on that document and there are no sub policies under S-DT-157, etc. I think the items deleted under Ordinance 6707 were included in this version dated 2021, though I don’t have total confidence that there wasn’t renumbering at some point. The items included in the 9/16/25 agenda materials may also be relevant.
