Accepting CHIP grant funding for utility infrastructure improvements (water, sewer, and storm facilities, as well as capital facilities charges) for Terrapin Bellevue, which will be built on the north side of the AC Hotel on NE 2nd, between 106th and 108th. It will have 172 units and 156 will be affordable to low-income households.

SRG professional services agreement to manage a planned $13.2M of maintenance and remodeling for City Hall.
Public Hearing on releasing a water easement between Main and NE 2nd, which is parallel to 110th and 112th. The site is owned by Bellevue Main, which is redeveloping the site into a 350-unit residential building with approximately 310,800 SF of market rate and affordable units, and approximately 117,200 SF of below grade parking and mechanical.
Study Session on LUCA rezone for Wilburton TOD
This represents over a year of work for the Planning Commission and will shape Wilburton’s future. The Wilburton Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) encompasses about 300 acres and will have building heights up to 450 feet.
An intergovernmental update is attached to the agenda in written form, with summaries from the state, federal, county, PSRC, and Greater Seattle Partners (GSP) meetings.

Request an NEP project for Northwest Bellevue by filling out the Online Project Idea Request Form that can be found on the NEP website at: www.bellevuewa.gov/nep
There is no limit on the number of project requests that you can submit, but they all must be received by Wednesday, April 30, 2025. The city emailed out contact information for people working in Parks (Trails, O&M, Planning) and Transportation (Traffic Engineering and Traffic Calming), which I can forward to you if you’d like to talk to someone before you submit a project.
Submit an application by April 16, 2025, to be part of the Audit and Finance Advisory Council. The Bellevue School District is seeking up to three community members to serve on the council.
